Review and elimination of accessibility defects
bm romar & partner gmbh will carefully review your report or complaint regarding any defects in compliance with the accessibility requirements of our website. If necessary, the identified defects will be rectified. We will inform you of the result of the review as well as the measures taken or planned within two months. Should certain content on our website be exempt from the obligation for accessible design, you will also be notified within this period.
Enforcement procedure
Should you not be satisfied with the responses you receive from bm romar & partner gmbh, you have the option to file a complaint with the Anti-Discrimination Officer of the State of Lower Austria. Complaints can be sent by email to post.gbb@noel.gv.at.

The Anti-Discrimination Officer will examine whether your complaint constitutes a violation of the requirements of the NÖ Anti-Discrimination Act 2017, particularly with regard to compliance with accessibility requirements.
If your complaint is justified, the Anti-Discrimination Officer will issue recommendations to the responsible legal entity and suggest measures intended to contribute to the elimination of the identified defects.
